With a lot of Android phones available in the market, Symbian devices are not preferred anymore by everyone. There was a time when geeks used to prefer Nokia no matter how low or high was your budget. But in last two years, mobile market has seen a variety of changes resulting in high competition & leaving Nokia smart-phones not so smart.
If you are looking to get a phone & run a tight budget, still Nokia is one of the best choice. What makes Nokia C5 special to stand out of the crowd ? Let’s check out.
- Features: Nokia C5 has a 2.2 inch QVGA display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. It sports a 5 MP camera (LED Flash), sadly with no autofocus feature and front camera for video calls. The phone runs on 600 Mhz processor with 128 MB RAM & includes basic features like 3.5 mm jack, USB v2.0 (with charging support) & memory expandable upto 16 GB (2 GB Included).
- Performance: With 600 MHz processor, multitasking on Nokia C5 is not a problem, which runs on Symbian OS v9.3. The QVGA display has excellent sunlight legibility. There have been no issues reported related to phone calls, messaging or audio quality. The phone has a great image gallery with speedy zooming and other functionality. Camera for still images works very well although video recording at 15 fps is quite poor. C5 lacks an inbuilt accelerometer for auto turn. Data transfer, apps, web browser speed is above average. In all, good features at budget price.
The Good: Design, Build Quality, High Speed Internet & GPS receiver (Free lifetime voice guide navigation)
The Bad: No Wifi, No Autofocus
Final Verdict: Nokia C5 is one of the best buy because of its design, build quality but on the same side lacks one of the most used feature – Wifi. So if you can compromise with it, get this phone now.
